Well hello neighbours! Exciting news from Nanstek on Greenwith Road as a planning application for a non-material amendment to an existing decision has been submitted. It looks like some slight tweaks are being proposed for an extension, including a change in cladding and a small porch addition. We'll keep you updated as soon as a decision is made!
Non material amendment in relation to Decision Notice PA23/00663 dated 27/02/23 - Cladded portion replaced by off-white render. Position of two front-facing windows in extension altered slightly. Window sizes the same and door removed. Addition of small, open porch (no door) not protruding beyond boundaries of extension.
